Our History
Saunders Conveyancing NT was founded in 2023 by esteemed Licensed Conveyancer, Beth Saunders. After having honed her expertise at leading law firms and conveyancing firms in Darwin, Beth made the bold decision to establish her own venture.
Beth's vision for Saunders Conveyancing NT is grounded in unrivaled dedication and a personalized touch. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence form the cornerstone of Saunders Conveyancing NT's approach to assisting clients with their property transactions.
What We Do
Beth Saunders
In 2007, Beth Saunders embarked on her journey in the Conveyancing industry as a Settlements Clerk, attending property settlements on behalf of a local law firm. The dynamic nature of the work environment and the daily challenges fueled her passion for the field.
Continuing to fuel her passion, Beth progressed to become a Conveyancing Clerk, deepening her knowledge of property law. Alongside her full-time job, she pursued studies with TAFE SA in 2009, steadily expanding her expertise. After four years of dedicated efforts, Beth emerged as a licensed professional in 2014.
With her keen attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, Beth establishes strong rapport with her clients and stakeholders. Her impressive negotiation abilities have positioned her as a leading Licensed Conveyancer in the NT.
When she’s not working, Beth, a wife and mother of two sons, likes to garden and play with Chester, a Labrador Retriever puppy.
